Built by Robertson & Caine, in Cape Town, for the charter market, and voted boat of the year, eXta-Sea has four private double cabins all of which have queen size beds and are en-suite with one-touch electric toilets.
The cabins are airy and spacious. There is ample cupboard space and luxury linens, soap, shampoo, conditioner and hairdryer are provided for guests comfort.
The saloon is spacious and elegantly proportioned with a large seating area, and an attractive beech-wood table which can be used for dining indoors, or lowered and made into a kingsize bed – great for the babies and little ones, where they can sleep or play close to the action.
It’s also a great place to, watch DVD’s on the large flat screen TV or just relax while reading a book.
The cockpit, is where most of the time is spent on board. It has a large hardtop cover ensuring comfort and protection come rain or shine. This is fitted with all weather side awnings to keep out the rain and wind when necessary.
It has both bright and ambient lighting. It is the ideal place to enjoy playing games or sipping cocktails, eating meals,or just relaxing on one of the comfortable bean bags.
One of the special features on Extasea, making her such a popular scuba dive charter yacht is the large sugar scoop platforms at water level and great for entering and exiting the ocean. Large easy to climb steps are fitted on the port side sugar scoop. There is a hot and cold fresh water shower conveniently located by the steps.
Up front we have the large comfy trampolines for lazying away the hours. For those who do not want too much sun but still want to enjoy the breezes on the trampoline we have a large sun awning.
Extasea was awarded the CYBA “Going Green to Safe the Blue” award – all cabins have double fans powered by wind generators and solar panels, making her a quiet and eco friendly boat.
She has a generator and is fully air conditioned.
She is wired for 220v and also has 110v available if required on board.
